the crowding of disputes and masks

fear of the formless

gathering in one direction, and again dispersing in another

on an unusual face and attire

is a blue mask

on an unusual voice and behavior

is a blue mask

the crowding of disputes and masks

returns in trembling nudges

fear of an arduous dispute’s

shapeless evil

Droklou Dröldo is Drolma Tseten’s pen name. He goes by the username Droklu (འབྲོག་ཀློའུ) on WeChat.  Droklou Dröldo was born in Kenlho, Luchu in Tibet in 1996 and completed his studies at Northwest Minzu University in Lanzhou, China.

Chime Lama is the Poetry Editor of Yeshe. She received an MA in Divinity from the University of Chicago with a focus in Buddhist Studies and Tibetan Language, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College, specializing in Poetry. She is a multi-genre artist based in New York whose work has appeared in The Margins, Tricycle, Tribes, and Volume Poetry among others.
